Report a Malfunction

While we do not maintain any of the city’s pinball machines, we do have relationships with many of the people who do. If you have experienced problems with a specific machine, then please report it to us so that we can alert the vendor. Many problems are not obvious, so your input may help in solving the problem(s) and maintaining the best possible pinball in NYC. When describing the problem(s), please be as specific as possible.
